NATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship by SDA, UPS or BRT courier, delivery in 1/3 working days.
- For orders paid in advance over € 89,00 shipping is free.
- For orders paid in advance under € 89,00 shipping costs € 6,00.
During the holiday season, due to the large number of visitors and the high number of orders, shipments may be delayed with respect to the times indicated. Example: If you want to make a Christmas gift to get the package by December 25, we suggest you send the order at least 10 days in advance.
Shipments are made with our express couriers.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the driver will attempt delivery the next day. A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made, after which the delivery will return to our premises. In the event that there is a PICKUP POINT near your home, after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, your package will be delivered there and you can pick it up with your ID within 7 days.
To avoid tampering, the packages are sealed with our customized adhesive tape. If you receive the damaged or tampered package, accept it subject to control and contact us immediately by phone. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of shipping we ask you to contact us to check the situation and make sure that you receive your order in the shortest possible time.
In the event that the carrier has been chosen by you outside of those proposed at the time of purchase, the risk of damage and loss of the Products is transferred to you already at the time of delivery to the same carrier, precluding any dispute regarding the characteristics exterior of what was delivered. In this case, every complaint must be made directly by you against the carrier (Article 63 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship by UPS or SDA courier.
- Delivery times for international shipments entrusted to UPS are 2/7 working days, depending on the destination and weight.
- Delivery times for international shipments entrusted to SDA are 5/30 working days, depending on the destination and weight.
Shipping costs for international shipments are approximate and Never FREE, depending on destination and weight and are calculated in the shopping cart when ordering.
